Sharjah Cooperative’s Employees Take Part in “Management Skills for New Managers” Course

Sharjah Cooperative Society and PROJACS for Training and Development organized a training course titled “Management Skills for the New Manager”, which extended for 3 days at the Hilton Sharjah Hotel, and geared towards department managers and section heads at Sharjah Cooperative.

The course was presented by Dr. Azzam Azzam, expert in training and development, under the Cooperative’s policy to develop the skills and the competencies of its staff and within the framework of a training program designed by the Human Resources department to fulfil the needs employees.

His Excellency Majid Al Jeneid stressed the Cooperative’s keenness to train and further qualify its staff as a priority, to take the Cooperative to the highest levels of outstanding management and achieve the best services for its clients.
