Sharjah Cooperative Society, represented by Majid Al Jeneid, General Manager, and department managers, attended the 17th edition of the Arab Investors and Business Conference 2015, launched yesterday at Jumeirah At Etihad Towers Hotel in Abu Dhabi, under the patronage of President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahayan, under the banner “Investing in Entrepreneurship and Innovation “.
Majid Al Juneid said the conference represents a strong economic and investment gathering for innovation and entrepreneurship in the Arab world, thereby enhancing collaboration between the Arab countries in this field.
Al Juneid pointed out that the conference and the accompanying exhibition provides a rare opportunity for participants to exchange expertise, view successful experiences and getting acquainted with the available investment opportunities.
Discussions were diverse and included six main pivots such as entrepreneurship and innovation for Emirates Vision 2021, entrepreneurship and innovation in agriculture, industry and energy, entrepreneurship and innovation in the services sector, information technology, communications and the environment, entrepreneurship and innovation in finance, policies and procedures in developing entrepreneurship and innovation in the Arab countries, in addition to a concluding session for the conference.
